After our shampoo bowl experience, we will head back over to my chair for your cut, blow-dry and style! Cancelation Policy I require 48-hour notice before canceling appointments for services. Upon failing to cancel 48 hours in advance the fee is as follows: Cancellation -50% fee for services booked. I completely understand that life gets in the way however, I cannot offer the best customer service experience to other clients when the consumer no shows or chooses to cancel less than 48 hours in advance.
